Marco Dosi

Ancient Historian and Digital Humanist

About me

I am an ancient historian, specialising in late Roman history, Latin and Greek papyrology and epigraphy, and digital humanities. I am currently an Affiliate Staff at the History Department, King’s College London, where I co-lead the DataCons Project. Since earning my PhD in History Research from King’s College London, I have been part of the core team of the AHRC-funded project “Mapping the Arts & Humanities in the UK” based at the Digital Humanities Hub, School of Advanced Study (London).

My work aims to bridge the past with the present, utilising the latest in digital technology to uncover and share the intricacies of the Ancient World. I am passionate about bringing the stories of the late Roman period to life, not just for the academic community but for a broader audience interested in history.
